Per ottenere la qualificazione ITIL Expert è necessario essere in possesso di 17 crediti ITIL e superare l’esame ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC). Per sostenere questo esame è obbligatorio partecipare a un corso di formazione accreditato.
